Overview
Join us for a peaceful, trauma-informed nature walk to reconnect with yourself, others, and your Higher Power.
Healing Through Creation is a gentle, trauma-informed nature walk designed for anyone longing to slow down, reconnect, and find rest.
Together, we’ll walk through the beautiful trails of Avalon Nature Preserve, taking time to reflect, notice the beauty around us, and reconnect with ourselves, one another, and our Higher Power through creation.
This is not a hike or fitness event. Our pace will be slow and conversational, with opportunities for quiet reflection, journaling, and meaningful connection.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, grieving, burned out, or simply craving a peaceful morning outdoors, you are welcome just as you are.
